Job Description

*$22–$27/hr + Free LPC/LCSW Supervision*

Residents and Supervisees receive:

Structured caseload support
Paid supervision
Opportunities to quickly build clinical hours toward LPC or LCSW licensure

Compass NOVA is one of Virginia’s leading providers of behavioral health services. We deliver high-quality care while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for clinicians.

Our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program offers a comprehensive clinical experience for Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work.

You’ll also have opportunities to provide outpatient therapy and community-based services for adults and families, building a well-rounded clinical skill set .

Flexible Full-Time Schedule

Full-time status = 105 hours/month (~24–26 hours/week)
Allows clinicians to maintain work-life balance while receiving full benefits
Typical sessions: afternoons and evenings
Flexibility to structure your weekly schedule around client needs

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, and community-based therapy
Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals
Participate in regular supervision and case consultation
Maintain timely documentation
Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support

Compass provides referral and scheduling support to help clinicians build and maintain a consistent caseload

Clinical Training & Licensure Support

Free LPC and LCSW supervision
Paid internships for qualified candidates
Individual and group supervision opportunities
Extensive onboarding and ongoing clinical training
Diverse experience with youth, families, and adults
