Agency Department of Health and Human Services Division Central Regional Hospital Job Title Housekeeper (S) Grade NC01 Overview Central Regional Hospital is recruiting for multiple Housekeeper positions on all shifts. Housekeepers perform a variety of duties while cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, common areas, lobby areas, offices, bathrooms, and other assigned areas both inside and outside the hospital building. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures in patient rooms, common areas, lobby areas, offices, bathrooms, and other assigned areas both inside and outside the hospital building. Preferred Qualifications Documented experience of cleaning and sanitizing procedures, cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to communicate information in the English language in a concise and descriptive manner, verbally, written, or by demonstration. Shift and Premiums Day (7:00 am - 3:30 pm): no shift premium Evening (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm): 10% shift premium Night (11:00 pm - 7:30 am): no shift premium Compensation and Benefits The state of North Carolina offers comprehensive benefits. Pay Grade: NC01 Pay Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00 Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 - $38,000.00 Workplace Expectations This position is designated as mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events. Requirements Education and/or experience in housekeeping work that is directly related to the job. Attuned to English communication.
