Mailroom Assistant Part Time - JLL

What this job involves:

The Mailroom Assistant will be responsible for transporting of goods between sites, general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Mailroom Assistant will be responsible for mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and requisition of supplies.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provides support for all packages/deliveries from site to site.

• Pick-up, drop-off, prepare postage/labels for mail/UPS/FedEx, courier services, etc.

• Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision.

• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies.

• Resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services and conference rooms.

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma, state equivalent, or GED equivalent.

• 2+ years of relevant working experience.

• Valids Driver license and able to pass the MVR review.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to identify issues and solutions.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Onsite - 8195 Industrial Blvd Covington Ga 30014

Work Shift:

Part Time - Monday to Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Salary/ Comp:

$16 per hour
