Your Key Responsibilities Working independently on various calculations, forecasts and reports. Independent lead of conducting product profitability calculations (PPA) for different investment types, planning and monitoring of costs and performance, creation of premise sheets, product profitability calculations and variance analyses. Independently creating standard and ad hoc reports across different business units, analysis and interpretation of P&L and sales forecasts. Coordinating, creating and analyzing forecasts on a business unit level in coordination with other departments, plant segments and the supervisor, deriving recommendations for action from the forecasts. Leading analysis and defining assumptions for the preparation of strategy dialogue and deriving general conditions for budget planning within a defined framework. Monitoring goal achievement of the business unit and deriving independent recommendations for action in case of deviation and driving improvement measures. Actively looking for improvement opportunities and creating tools and process optimization as well as developing controlling methods and procedures with respect to changing economic conditions. Leading the organization and execution of trainings. Leading smaller projects with the BD. Supporting with legal entity tasks with divisional impacts (e.g. pricing/rebate accruals, warranty claims, IC billing of project cost, evaluation of other financial proceedings, etc.). Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in either Accounting, Finance or Engineering (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred). Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar field. Deep financial/business understanding. Creative hands‑on individual with very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at the highest level of the plant organization. Well‑developed problem‑solving skills, good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to be self‑directed and effectively relate to the different levels in the plants. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with SAP is required. Able to work under pressure in budget times and month end. Ability to travel as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without an employment visa or other sponsorship.
