Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Overview We are seeking a motivated Senior Tax Accountant to join a large multinational organization and play a key role in corporate tax compliance, provision, and planning. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex tax matters for both domestic and international operations, while gaining exposure to high-level projects that support strategic business decisions. What You’ll Do Assist with U.S. and international income tax compliance, research, audits, and planning initiatives Prepare and review quarterly income tax provisions under ASC 740 Support documentation of transfer pricing policies and related compliance requirements Prepare and/or review tax account reconciliations and fixed asset depreciation schedules Research federal, state, and international tax statutes to identify credits, incentives, and planning opportunities Contribute to tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred Solid understanding of GAAP, 1120 Returns, ASC 740, and corporate income tax regulations Experience with tax compliance, provision, general ledger activity, and fixed assets Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax issues Preferred Qualifications CPA certification and/or Master’s in Taxation Hands-on experience with OneSource Income and Provision, Alteryx, or Oracle ERP Familiarity with tax research platforms (Bloomberg, CCH, Checkpoint) Why You’ll Love This Role Exposure to both domestic and international operations within a large, global manufacturing company A balance of compliance and strategic planning responsibilities, including involvement in M&A tax initiatives Opportunities to work on special projects that impact the business at a high level Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growth in a supportive environment Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
