What We Offer Competitive pay: $40-$60/hour $500 Sign-On Bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Supportive and collaborative work environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities Family-owned company culture that values employees and patients Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and functional mobility training Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion Assist patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates to supervising Physical Therapists Document patient treatments and progress accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Support patients in achieving functional goals and improving overall quality of life Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment Passion for helping patients achieve their recovery goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or post-surgical rehabilitation Knowledge of manual therapy techniques Experience treating orthopedic and geriatric patient populations Familiarity with pain management and functional movement training Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a compassionate, motivated PTA who enjoys building strong patient relationships and thrives in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting.
