The Warehouse Picker plays a vital role in a manual warehouse environment, working within a large team to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role primarily operates on day shifts with regular overtime and weekend work, utilizing a custom-developed inventory management system and RF scanners. Bilingual Spanish skills are also valuable for effective communication within the diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders according to specified requirements
• Manage and update inventory using a custom-developed warehouse management system
• Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment
• Use RF scanners to track and record inventory movement
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and order fulfillment
• Comply with all safety procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate effectively within a large team environment
• Manage time efficiently to meet order deadlines and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehousing
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanner operation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large team
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Bilingual Spanish skills
