Produce timely and detailed service reports and document the entire problem‑solving process, from initial request to final resolution. Oversee technical support initiatives, including call center operations, assisting with training and management when needed. Continuously learn and apply knowledge of supported software and hardware to ensure efficient, high‑quality service. What We’re Looking For: Proven technical troubleshooting ability and familiarity with tools like DVMs, oscilloscopes, and power meters. Experience in desktop and network support is preferred. Strong initiative, diligence, and a commitment to resolving technical problems with excellence. AA degree or higher required. Technical Certifications are a plus.
