• Ensure reliable output by operating and monitoring production machinery with care and precision.
• Catch components at the end of the line and verify they meet quality expectations before moving forward.
• Protect uptime by performing routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance.
• Partner with your team to quickly troubleshoot any operational or quality issues.
• Uphold a safe, organized, and efficient work cell.
• Track production metrics accurately and flag discrepancies to your supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for technical training.
• Background in manufacturing or prior machine operation experience preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-velocity environment while juggling multiple tasks.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with others.
