LendSure works exclusively with licensed real estate and mortgage professionals and operates as an Equal Housing Lender. Rates, programs, and approvals are subject to credit and policy requirements and may change without notice, with certain state-specific limitations, including restricted activity in New York pending regulatory authorization.
Role Description The Wholesale Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for developing and managing relationships with mortgage brokers and other approved partners. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding new wholesale accounts, presenting LendSure’s loan programs, and guiding partners through the loan submission and approval process. The role involves coordinating with underwriting and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate loan decisions, monitoring pipelines, and resolving issues that may impact closing. The Wholesale Account Executive will also provide product training, maintain strong customer service standards, and meet sales targets aligned with LendSure’s growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in customer service, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in wholesale lending and wholesale mortgage account management.
- Familiarity with underwriting concepts and the ability to discuss loan scenarios and guidelines with partners.
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing within a mortgage or financial services environment.
- Knowledge of non-QM loan products and current mortgage industry practices is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and a dynamic loan pipeline.
- Prior experience as a Wholesale Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role in mortgage lending preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL and travel locally as needed to meet with partners.
- Compliance-minded approach with an understanding of applicable lending regulations and company policies.
