VitalCheck Wellness is staffing a series of onsite corporate flu vaccination clinics in New York City and Tarrytown between September 17 and September 24, 2026. We are seeking New York-licensed Registered Nurses to administer influenza vaccines to employees at client worksites.

Available assignments

Thursday, September 17 — New York, NY (425 Lexington Avenue) — 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM — two RNs needed
Tuesday, September 22 — Tarrytown, NY (555 Old Saw Mill River Road) — 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM — one RN needed
Thursday, September 24 — New York, NY (50 Rockefeller Plaza, Suite 203) — 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM — one RN needed

Please indicate every date you are able to cover. You may apply for one, two or all three.

Responsibilities

Review screening and consent information with each patient
Administer influenza vaccines under applicable orders and protocols
Document vaccinations accurately
Monitor patients and respond appropriately to adverse reactions
Maintain vaccine handling, infection-control and patient-privacy standards
Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic

Requirements

Active, unrestricted New York RN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Recent vaccination or immunization-clinic experience
Comfortable working independently in a temporary corporate clinic setting
Reliable commute to each assignment you select
