Senior Customer Service Rep

Supporting landscape professionals across the region

American Wholesale Nurseries supplies landscape contractors and property developers across the region with plants trees and site materials. As a Senior Customer Service Rep you will handle inquiries and support commercial clients as they manage their orders and projects.

Your daily work

• Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat regarding plant availability order status and delivery schedules.

• Resolving delivery discrepancies and product issues for landscape contractors and property developers.

• Coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure wholesale orders move out on time.

• Maintaining accurate account records and order histories within the customer database.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience in customer service ideally within a wholesale B2B or green industry environment.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries during peak planting seasons.

• Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week in a remote setup based in New York United States.

Compensation

The salary for this role is USD per month.
