Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique challenges, history, and needs, ultimately informing individualized treatment plans. \n
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy using therapeutic modalities tailored to client goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, and family systems therapy. \n
- Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and regularly track their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to support their healing journey. \n
- Deliver teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may experience barriers to in-person visits, ensuring continuity of care through virtual platforms. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to ethical standards to uphold clients' confidentiality and integrity in all therapeutic interactions. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in addiction treatment and emerging therapeutic methodologies, to enhance clinical skills and provide the best care possible. \n
Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As an LMFT, you will work closely with couples and families, guiding them through interpersonal challenges and facilitating open communication. - A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
