What you bring as a Team Member:

Assistant Teachers are expected to support the planning, direction, and participation in age-appropriate activities that promote children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development. You will assist in preparing children for kindergarten by helping them transition into structured learning environments from infancy through school age, following the provided curriculum. You will also help with daily care routines, including mealtimes, potty training, diapering or toileting, and nap time. In addition, you will maintain clear, positive, and ongoing communication with parents and team members through the Classroom Management system. Assistant Teachers will support classroom management and help with daily tasks as assigned by the Lead Teacher. You will also assist the Assistant Director and Director with classroom and facility needs as directed.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a professional Early Childhood Education setting is a plus.

Pay: $13.00-$15.00 Hour based on Region, education and experience
