Commercial Door Installer


We're seeking an experienced Commercial Door Installer to join a reputable company specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial doors and access systems. Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair commercial doors and hardware
• Install hollow metal doors, wood doors, storefront doors, and aluminum frames
• Install and adjust door closers, panic hardware, hinges, locks, and electronic access systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions
• Ensure doors are properly aligned, secured, and operating safely
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other jobsite equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience installing commercial doors, frames, and door hardware preferred
• Knowledge of automatic doors, access control systems, or locksmith work is a plus
• Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders or lifts as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
