Job Responsibilities: Provide nursing care according to the client's plan of care, including health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring, health promotion, and prevention. Qualifications: Two years of LPN experience, preferably in assisted living or nursing homes. Valid LPN license in good standing. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to resident care. Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks. Dedication to senior well-being. Availability to work nights and weekends.
