Position Overview As our Project Manager, you will lead projects from the initial customer meeting through completion while supporting our service technicians and helping drive company growth. You’ll be responsible for: Running company-generated replacement and project leads. Managing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical projects. Leading and Mentoring service technicians. Presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners. Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinating with office staff, vendors, and installers. Delivering an exceptional customer experiences. Driving revenue while maintaining high ethical standards. What We’re Looking For A natural leader who motivates others. Highly driven and goal-oriented. Organized and accountable. Experienced in residential home services or construction project manager. Comfortable presenting options - not using high-pressure sales tactics. Professional in appearance and communication. Focused on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
