This full-time position is based remotely, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while effectively serving the mental health needs of our clients. Our work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders, including relevant treatment modalities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered and empathetic approach.

• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with elderly patients and their families.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with necessary computer applications.

• Adept in collaborative work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n
