What You’ll Be Doing Ace Retail Operations: Execute daily store tasks—pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory management—to keep the store clean, organized, and efficient. Essential Functions & Additional Duties During business hours, overtime may be required to meet needs. Other tasks may be assigned to support the store’s operations. Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates. Strong communication skills at all levels. Independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager. Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures. Team‑oriented and flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends. Physical Requirements and Environment Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor to above shoulder height with proper equipment. Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
