Compensation

• Earn around $100,000 annually
• Paid on a per-job basis
• Daily rate paid for completed installations
• Full-time teams can earn approximately $2,000 per week working a full schedule

Your Role

As a Bath Installer, you'll install premium acrylic bath systems and help create a positive experience for every customer. You will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects using carpentry and construction skills
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Accurately take measurements and follow installation procedures
• Submit required paperwork and project photos
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in carpentry, bath installation, remodeling, or construction
• Experience with power tools and basic plumbing
• Ability to read measurements and installation plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
