As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II at 360 Behavioral Health, you'll not only continue making a difference with clients but also develop leadership skills, mentor a team, and shape high-quality clinical programs . Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
2+ years ABA experience (desired)
~1+ year supervisory experience , including staff training and performance evaluations
~ Report writing and documentation skills
Currently enrolled in a Master's Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services
Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year leading and training staff
