AssemblerWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of custom lighting kits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solder components with precision.Assemble custom lighting kits according to customer specifications and production schedulesFollow assembly instructions and established production proceduresInspect components and connections to ensure accuracy and qualityReport any issues or inconsistencies to supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with additional production tasks as neededAbility to stand, sit, and bend for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
