AutoShop Recruiting is conducting a search for an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of a growing independent repair facility in Northern Idaho.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing a fast-moving workload, and helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicles.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle pickup
• Building trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Coordinating communication between customers and technicians
• Presenting repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate estimates, work orders, and customer records
• Managing workflow and helping keep operations moving efficiently
• Following up with customers and creating exceptional service experiences
• Contributing to a positive, professional team environment
