Weekend and holiday rotation

Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within last 3 years. Epic experience required WI RN or Compact RN license required BLS, PALS, ACLS - AHA ONLY - required TNCC required Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: The Emergency Department provides comprehensive care supported by a full team of subspecialists for local and regional patients, as well as referring hospitals and organizations. Each year, more than 60,000 patients receive urgent and emergent care in our 54-bed department, with additional treatment spaces, including the American Family Children’s Hospital Emergency Department. Our team coordinates closely with ground ambulance services and Med Flight to care for critically ill and injured patients. As an academic medical center, we deliver advanced, specialized care across the region. Designated as a Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Comprehensive Cardiac Center, we provide rapid, evidence-based treatment for the most complex conditions. The department also supports nationally recognized programs in ECPR/ECMO, transplant, oncology, and burn care, while leading in education, research, and innovation.
