Senior Sales Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing commercial organization, the full-time Senior Sales Analyst will turn sales data into actionable insights, manage forecasting and pipeline analysis, and design sales compensation structures, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Design and evaluate sales compensation plans and incentive structures to enhance ROI and motivation Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks while building performance dashboards Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize territory design and quota setting, presenting findings to senior leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or compensation analysis Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce, with experience in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders Experience collaborating across functional departments, particularly with Commercial and Operations teams
