Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, appointments, account updates, or service issues.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide information regarding products, services, billing, orders, and account status.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet established performance metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer experience and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
