Your work helps shape the financial health and competitive position of the organization.About the RoleAnalyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for financial procedures, plans, and controlsAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy of all financial information and economic indicatorsCollect, compile, and verify financial data for assigned accounts, products, or business units to track organizational progress against financial goals and identify variancesAnalyze the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions to help senior leadership evaluate alternatives against business objectivesEvaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive positionLead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and providing critical insights for future financial planningReport current and expected financial performance, create financial models, and develop new methods of analysis and presentation to guide decision-makingAbout YouMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ideally in mortgage banking or a high-volume financial services environmentStrong proficiency with financial modeling, Power BI tools, Excel, and data visualization toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in financial planning software (TM1 or Adaptive)CFA or CPA certificationExperience with forecasting and budgeting in a mortgage banking or financial services environmentSelf-driven with a demonstrated desire to actively grow and develop professionallyWhat You'll GetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation, and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
