Details

A dedicated Veteranfocused clinical program in northern North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform structured Compensation and Pension (C&P) examinations for military Veterans. The provider will complete nontreatment disability evaluations, review medical histories, and document findings electronically through standardized federal examination tools. Responsibilities include conducting onetime assessments, submitting Disability Benefits Questionnaires within required timeframes, and supporting highvolume sites serving large Veteran populations; this role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Experience in primary care or related clinical evaluation settings
Experience conducting structured medical assessments or disabilityfocused exams
Master's degree in nursing (NP) or completion of an accredited PA program
Active North Carolina NP or PA license or eligibility
Active, unrestricted DEA registration
Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
