Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Maintenance Technicians for full time commercial work in the Gainesville, Georgia. The pay range is $20-$26 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week.

Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities

• Painting, framing, Trim work, Drywall hanging, misc. Carpentry tasks

• Demolition including removal of walls, floors, cleanup, etc.

• Light Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing responsibilities

• General knowledge of construction practices

• Willingness to work hard

• Able to take directives from others

• Able to work within a team environment.

Ultimate Maintenance Technician Requirements

• 1+ years of Maintenance experience

• 18+ years of age

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Math, problem solving, and construction skills
