Jan-Pro of Charlotte is seeking a detail-driven, hands-on accounting professional to manage the full accounting cycle for a regional operation supporting $12–15M in annual revenue and 1,000+ customers . This is a true doer role—ideal for an Auditor or Public Accountant looking to transition into a stable, operationally focused position.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain an audit-ready general ledger and execute smooth month-end closes
• Manage full-cycle AP/AR, cash flow, and high-volume billing
• Perform complex bank and credit card reconciliations
• Own collections and maintain DSO targets (18 days)
• Partner with the company CPA on monthly reporting
• Maintain financial data integrity across systems (QuickBooks & ExtraView)

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of accounting experience (public accounting/audit preferred)
• Advanced QuickBooks Desktop experience (ProAdvisor strongly preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, data cleaning)
• Exceptional attention to detail and professional communication skills
