Experienced CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer / CNC Machine OperatorWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong machining background who enjoys working with precision equipment and programming CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts. The company specializes in 3-axis milling operations and manufactures components ranging from standard-sized parts to intricate, small-scale pieces.Job SummaryProgram CNC machines and electronic machine tools to produce precision parts.Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling and lathe equipment.Perform 3-axis milling operations according to engineering specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.Machine parts using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and related equipment.Adjust machine settings and programs to maintain quality and efficiency.Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.Troubleshoot programming and machining issues as needed.Experience Required5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience strongly preferred.Previous experience programming and operating CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.Experience programming HAAS and MIYANO CNC Lathes preferred.Experience with Fusion 360 and G-Code programming.Background working with precision-machined components and tight tolerances.Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and machine setup procedures.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and quality standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Mechanical aptitude and commitment to workplace safety.Location: Bedford, INPosition Type: Evaluation-to-HirePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
