Compensation: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Salary Range

Juris Doctor (Not Yet Licensed) :

• $65,000 – $85,000 annually
• Performance Bonus Opportunities

Licensed Attorney :

• $75,000 – $100,000 annually

We are seeking a highly motivated legal professional to work directly with attorneys and law firms across the United States, providing litigation support, case analysis, legal research, investigation, and strategic consulting services.

This role is ideal for someone who prefers working on the legal substance of cases rather than spending their day generating business, attending networking events, or managing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

Legal Research & Analysis

• Research statutes, regulations, and case law
• Analyze legal issues and develop legal strategies
• Prepare legal memoranda and research summaries

Drafting & Case Support

• Draft petitions, motions, pleadings, affidavits, discovery requests, and responses
• Assist with trial preparation and case organization
• Review and summarize documents and records

Litigation Support

• Assist attorneys with case development
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities
• Conduct legal and factual research

Investigation & Fact Development

• Review evidence
• Assist with witness and fact development
• Participate in liability and causation analysis

Internal Collaboration

• Work directly with attorneys and consulting staff
• Participate in strategy meetings
• Help build systems and best practices

Qualifications:

Required

• Juris Doctor Degree
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and work ethic

Preferred

• Licensed Attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Litigation experience
• Experience drafting motions and pleadings
• Experience with civil litigation
• Experience with legal technology platforms
• Investigation or compliance experience
