NO PRESCREEN, MANAGER WILL INTERVIEW
need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked
Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name

Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Unit PT**Mainly working skilled nursing facility (Bruceville), but will also be trained to float to Methodist, the inpatient acute care hospital (same parking lot)**
******OK with a new grad with 6 months experience, as long as that experience is in either acute care or skilled nursing; preferably skilled nursing experience*****
# patients treated per day: 8-9 (post acute)
Certs CA PT license, and AHA BLS
EMR Cerner
Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA No
Weekend Requirement No
Holidays Possibly
Scrub Color/Uniform burgundy
Outpatient and Inpatient? Inpatient only
Pharmacy 24/7 --
Shifts: 8 hour days, EOW
What areas are they required to cover? A, B, C, and D station
Floor specific orientation Yes
Common diagnosis / Types of patient: total joint replacements, stroke, deconditioning, pneumonia and balance difficulties associated with general medical conditions. CVA, TKA, THA, COPD. also usually Geriatric patients with chronic conditions ; Ortho, Neuro patients
MUST HAVE SKILLS: Able to work independently and perform transfers . Excellent communication skills ; Work closely with Interdisciplinary team
