Your Role
- Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' requirements to design individualized therapy plans geared toward achieving their functional aspirations.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activity management.
- Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic treatment.
- Educate Patients and Families: Share vital knowledge about therapy practices to empower patients and their families in continuing care at home.
- Track and Document Progress: Observe clinical developments and make necessary changes to treatment to keep patients on their healing path.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and will be supported.
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
- A genuine passion for empowering others, helping them to achieve optimal independence.
