Events Staff

Speedway Motorsports

Description of Responsibilities:

Process sales of event credentials and tickets at The Bullring & Dragstrip using the Archtics ticket system
Process sales of NASCAR/INEX/NHRA licenses with form applications
Ensure accurate cash handling & cash reconciliation post event
Fulfillment of tech cards and license verification to ensure 100% accuracy
Assist the ticket office with various job-related duties when needed
All others duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills
Excellent computer skills with ability to learn new functions quickly
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Cash handling experience
Ability to multi-task
Enthusiastic attitude, self-motivator, positive, and outgoing personality
Knowledge of NASCAR, INEX & NHRA licensing a plus, not required

Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics system a plus, not required
