Customer Service Representatives  (Remote, VA Residents Only)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work as a community resource partner. Candidates MUST be located in Virginia and have access to a personal computer and a stable Wi-Fi connection (no hotspots). bilingual preferred but not required.  This call center operates 24/7 and can have varying shifts of 8 hours following training. (Training 9am-5:15 pm Monday-Friday) Candidates must be flexible with shift changes.

salary: $15.5 - $16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and assistance.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or conduct outreach as needed.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
• Meet call volume and quality targets while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
