Compensation: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Englewood, CO, where you will play a vital role in order picking, packing, and scanning to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment within a warehouse environment. Your work will help support smooth warehouse operations, improve productivity, and maintain safety standards. Success in this role means contributing to timely order processing and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and scan orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prioritize order processing to meet deadlines and customer satisfaction
• Maintain stock organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Support inventory management activities, including moving materials and handling products
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools as required
• Follow safety protocols and tier-level guidelines for handling items up to 30 lbs
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity
• Ensure compliance with company and safety procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a similar role
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Possession of a GED or equivalent credential

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with material handling and general warehouse operations

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Scanner devices for order picking and scanning
• Warehouse products and materials handling systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs
• Tier 3 physical handling requirement involving items up to 30 lbs

Dress Code:

• Long pants, shorts are allowed
• Closed-toed shoes
