About the RoleThe Director of Growth is responsible for one primary outcome:

Consistently creating qualified new patient opportunities.

You'll accomplish this through strategic leadership, business development, community outreach, referral partnerships, workshops, digital marketing coordination, and relationship building.

This position combines:

• Leadership

You'll work directly with practice leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives that increase awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen referral relationships, and expand Premier Wellness Centers' presence throughout the community.

What You'll Be Responsible ForCommunity Growth

• Build relationships with local businesses and employers 
• Develop physician and healthcare referral partnerships 
• Expand our community presence 
• Coordinate health screenings and community events 

Marketing Leadership

• Coordinate marketing initiatives with our external agency 
• Oversee campaign execution 
• Evaluate marketing performance 
• Improve lead generation strategies 
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms 

Patient Growth

• Increase qualified new patient appointments 
• Improve conversion metrics 
• Strengthen patient referral systems 
• Develop internal marketing initiatives 
• Improve patient retention opportunities 

Educational Events

Coordinate:

• Dinner Workshops 
• Lunch & Learns 
• Community Talks 
• Employer Wellness Programs 
• Health Fairs 
• Practice Events 

Business Intelligence

Track and report KPIs including:

• Qualified New Patients 
• Conversion Rates 
• Referral Sources 
• Marketing ROI 
• Workshop Attendance 
• Employer Partnerships 
• Community Relationships

Compensation

• $65,000–$100,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications
