Our leading Am Law 100 client is seeking a Corporate Capital Markets Associate to join its market-leading practice in Houston or Austin. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to advise public companies, investment banks, issuers, and financial instituti ons on sophisticated capital markets transactions and securities law matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile offerings, direct client responsibility, and collaboration with nationally recognized corporate and finance attorneys. Role Overview The associate will advise clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions and ongoing public company matters.
