Sales Coordinator / Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Duties Prepare and manage RFP responses using Excel as the primary tool. Assist the sales team in organizing and analyzing data for client proposals. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data-related tasks. Collaborate with team members to streamline sales operations processes. Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records as needed. Provide administrative support to the sales department during peak periods. Work onsite two days a week, ensuring seamless coordination with the team. Contribute to the success of the sales team by delivering high-quality data analysis. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or data analysis. Proficiency in Excel with advanced knowledge of data manipulation and analysis. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule, including onsite days.
