Medical Receptionist

Are you a multitasking maestro with a passion for customer service and a knack for juggling various responsibilities? We're on the lookout for a dynamic medical receptionist to join our team at a boutique optical establishment in the charming town of Medfield, MA. While prior experience in optometry is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker. Your primary duties will include answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying medical insurance and vision benefits, and extending a warm welcome to our valued patients. If you're a quick learner with a background in healthcare reception or front desk operations, we'd love to hear from you! The ability to seamlessly navigate customer interactions and handle multiple tasks with grace is essential. While experience in navigating insurance benefits is beneficial, we're happy to provide training in that area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team and make a meaningful impact.
