Grow.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead a thriving, single-provider PPO and FFS family dental practice in the Lowry Town Square area of East Denver, near 2nd Avenue and Quebec Street.This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who understands that a successful dental practice is built on engaged employees, exceptional patient care, strong operational performance, and a culture of accountability and teamwork.We treat a wide variety of patients and are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience while ensuring the practice operates efficiently and achieves its business goals.What You'll DoAs the Office Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day leader of the practice, partnering closely with the Lead Dentist and reporting to the Regional Manager.Your responsibilities will include:Lead, coach, and inspire the dental team through meaningful employee engagement, accountability, and ongoing developmentCreate a positive, collaborative culture where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their bestPartner with the Lead Dentist to establish and achieve clinical, operational, and financial goalsOversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, collections, insurance, treatment coordination, and overall office performanceMonitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to improve resultsSupport team training, onboarding, performance management, and professional developmentMaintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and service excellenceEffectively address employee and patient concerns using sound judgment and strong conflict-resolution skillsEnsure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable regulationsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, profitability, and the overall patient experienceBuild strong relationships with patients and team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentialityWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a confident, emotionally mature leader who can balance empathy with accountability.
