We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy service environment in New York. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders accurately, and handling a steady volume of phone interactions with care. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries while ensuring each customer experience is efficient, courteous, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, attentive assistance for a wide range of service-related questions.
• Enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and confirm details to help prevent processing issues.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication to address requests, provide updates, and support resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions, order activity, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and orders are processed correctly.
• Resolve routine service issues by identifying customer needs, explaining available solutions, and escalating more complex matters when needed.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, listening actively, and managing each interaction with care.• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Experience with order entry and strong attention to detail when processing customer information.
• Comfortable making outbound calls as needed for follow-up, clarification, or service support.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and confidence navigating systems used for customer service and order management.
