The Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights role is instrumental in harnessing the power of data to provide valuable insight into associate behaviors regarding the use of workspace and amenities. These insights are developed using sophisticated data analytics and timely reporting, underpinned by accurate data. The objective of your work is to partner across the organization in developing the tools and supporting data infrastructure to meet reporting and analytics capability demands. You will partner across the Real Estate organization to deliver insights into business performance and to develop predictive analytics that inform strategic decision‑making. You will collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, and data teams to advance our analytics strategy.
