Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (9:00–21:30) | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting throughout the perioperative process
• Perform circulating nurse duties in accordance with facility standards and unit requirements
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations as required based on unit needs
• Accurately document patient care activities using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submittal (Temporary or Permanent)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated ability to circulate in the operating room
• Minimum 1.5 years of continuous experience in the Operating Room specialty
• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months of work history
• Minimum 1 year total travel nursing experience, with at least 6 months of continuous travel experience leading up to submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience maintaining continuous travel assignments with minimal gaps between contracts
• Availability for same-day or next-business-day interviews
• One supervisory-level professional reference available upon submission
