About The Role We're looking for Warehouse Associates to join our hardworking and friendly team! This position is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. Depending on daily needs, you might be picking customer orders, packing shipments, or repackaging bulk products into smaller, resale-ready containers. You'll play a key role in making sure our customers receive the right products, on time, and in perfect condition. What You’ll Do Accurately pick, inspect, and pack customer orders for shipment. Repackage bulk products into smaller quantities by weighing, labeling, and sealing them to company standards. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording quantities and reporting shortages or issues. Operate basic warehouse equipment, scales, and labeling machines safely. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times. Rotate between warehouse tasks (picking, packing, repackaging, etc.) based on business needs. Meet daily performance goals while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Work overtime or weekends when required to meet order volume. Please note that our busiest season is September- January, during which overtime and weekend shifts are more frequent and mandatory attendance may be required. Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is a plus - but we'll train the right person! Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work. Ability to read and follow order forms, invoices, and product labels. Basic math skills for weighing and counting products. Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions as needed. Push or pull carts and materials up to 500 lbs. Tolerance for working around fragrances, oils, or natural ingredients.
