Moore Place Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Program, on the 3rd floor of Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, provides care for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia who exhibit unpredictable behaviors. The team works to stabilize residents and plan discharge in a secure, structured setting.
