Assignment Highlights:

• Work a full-time, 40-hour weekly daytime schedule with no on-call requirement.
• Choose from contract assignments lasting approximately 13 to 26 weeks, based on facility needs and placement availability.
• Support rehabilitation services at clinic locations throughout Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, functional limitations, pain concerns, and rehabilitation needs to establish effective plans of care.
• Develop and deliver individualized physical therapy treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans appropriately, and help patients achieve safe, functional recovery goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, pain management, and strategies that support lasting independence.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams while completing timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• You hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• You maintain an active Nevada Physical Therapist license or can obtain authorization to practice in Nevada before the assignment begins.
• You bring clinical experience performing patient assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
• You communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues in a fast-moving clinical setting.
• You can meet credentialing requirements and maintain current BLS certification.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in outpatient therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or related rehabilitation settings is valued.
• Prior contract, travel therapy, or multi-site clinical experience will help you adapt confidently to new teams and workflows.

Compensation and Benefits:

Earn $46 to $58 per hour, with weekly compensation opportunities of up to $2,300 depending on assignment details, qualifications, and applicable pay structure.
