Accounts Payable Specialist

Courtesy Automotive Group Accounts Payable SpecialistCourtesy Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dealership accounting team. This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of dealership expenses. Accounts Payable experience is required. Automotive dealership experience is preferred.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.Obtain proper approvals for invoice payments.Prepare checks, ACH payments, and weekly payment runs.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Respond to vendor payment inquiries.Maintain accurate AP records and files.Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.Assist with month-end closing and AP reconciliations.Communicate with department managers regarding invoice approvals and issues.Follow company accounting policies and internal controls.Perform other AP-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Automotive dealership experience preferred.Experience with dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.What We Have To Offer:Competitive compensation and uncapped commission.Paid time offEmployee discounts.Comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance.Company-sponsored life insurance.401(k) retirement savings plan.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Values-driven culture built on professionalism, integrity, and a fun family atmosphere.Apply With Us:If you are ready for a rewarding career and opportunities for career growth and advancement, then consider joining the Courtesy Automotive Group family.
