Aquatics Assistant Manager: Lead Swim Programs & Growth

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to assist the Manager in overseeing all programs within the Aquatics Department, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, and Masters Swim. The role ensures safe operations and sound finances while leading all department team members. Duties include staff development, financial oversight, and delivering a high-quality, welcoming member experience.
